Telephone Coaching

Due to the amount of people asking for help and advice over the telephone, I now offer a coaching service by phone. Obviously this will benefit people who can’t necessarily travel to my office or gym for one reason or another.

I charge £50.00 per hour for this service, or in blocks of 3 or 6 sessions, paid in advance using the PayPal buttons below
